What beauty lies in kindness
in compassion, in understanding
no joy in anger
no love in fear

What wonders lie in simplicity
in choosing ease and choosing peace
a calmness in the body
a serenity of the heart

How is there a lack of
all of those that make life worth living
how is there not more of this
that makes a day of joy

What beauty lies in loving
in accepting and in supporting
in cheering on one another
in being a loving accepting me
