Forgiveness, ease and laughter
Oh there’s so much we each deserve

Show yourself some grace

the beauty that you see in each flower petal
the awe you feel as the sun rises
and sets over the horizon…

The feelings you have within
that are invoked by
the rapture of a bird song
the freedom of the rain
the perfect blue of the sky
the sweet smell of the grass…

Don’t you yet know
that 
the laughter of children
the tears of joy
the expanse of your heart
as it holds all the love you have within…

Everything,
everything is but a reflection
of the perfection that is you.
